If you want a quiet place to stay, away from the masses then this is great. The facilities are great and everything is in good condition. It is a beautiful setting and there is a lot to entertain children. The cottages are well appointed and we had the added bonus of housemartins nesting in the eaves of the buildings!

The location was stunning. Very peaceful setting with amazing views. Excellent base for exploring Exmoor and the coast. We were a party of 13 - ages ranging from 2 to 69, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our cottages were first class and as we had booked during Easter we were welcomed on arrival with Easter Eggs for the children and chocolates for the grown-ups also the free supply of logs for the wood burning stoves was much appreciated. A perfect holiday. One complaint only - a week was not long enough! P.S. the 2 dogs who accompanied us also had a great time and were well catered for.

Delightful and peaceful settings ideal for a quite break. One of the few holiday locations that is better than the promotional material which really does not do the cottage justice.

The accommodation was in wonderful surroundings - a real away from it all holiday. The swimming pool and games room was great and the facilities in the cottage were fabulous! We will definitely be booking up again!
